摘要
采用文献资料、访谈和问卷调查等方法,对陕西省重点竞技体育项目现状与制约其可持续发展的因素进行了调查分析,结果表明:陕西省重点竞技项目开设单位过少,且主要集中在关中地区,呈现"关中强、南北弱"的态势,地区分布极不平衡;资源配置效率不高、基层训练体系受到冲击和削弱、急功近利、输送渠道不畅、学训脱节、求大求全等是制约陕西省竞技体育可持续发展的主要原因。
By using the methods of documents, questionnaire, interview and statistics, this article analyzes the situation and restricted factors of sustainable development of the emphasis sports events in Shaanxi province. The results show that there are a few units to set the emphasis sports events, which focuses in the Guanzhong area with appearing ＂powerful of Guanzhong, weak of north and south＂. The main factors restricted their sustainable development are as follow： unbalance distribution in districts, low efficiency of resource allocation, basic training being weakened, eager for quick success and instant benefit, no smooth channels to sent up athletes, out of joint with learn and training, and seeking giant and wholesome, etc..
