摘要
运用问卷调查法、专家咨询法等研究方法,从政策学和体育人才学角度,分析陕西省竞技体育现状与现行的教练员人才政策内容及实施情况。研究发现,陕西省现有教练员人才政策中的选聘、培训等内容较为完善,但缺少系统完整的优秀教练员的引进、交流机制,应健全这方面的内容,改变现有的单一激励政策为激励、制约相结合的政策,以实现该省竞技体育可持续发展的目标。
Through questionnaire investigation and expert consultation, this paper investigates the current coach development policy and the situation of competitive sports, and finds out that the current coach development policy of selection, employment and training in Shanxi province is satisfactory. However, a complete system of coach introduction and exchanging is in lack. To realize sustainable development of the competitive sports in Shanxi province, the system should be perfected into one with combination of encouragement and restriction.
