摘要
目的:研究丹参毛状根对麻醉大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:采用大鼠冠脉结扎致心肌缺血模型。结果:丹参毛状根能显著降低缺血所致室速(VT),室颤(VF)的发生率,降低血浆乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙二醛(MDA)增高程度,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,与丹参药材比较无显著性差异。结论:丹参毛状根具有和丹参相似的药理作用,为其进一步的研究与开发利用,提供了实验依据。
The protection on myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury in intact rats by Salvia miltiorrhiza hairy root was investigated. The result showed that the protection induced by Salvia miltiorrhiza hairy root reduced the incidence of ventricular tachycardia (VT) and ventricular fibrillation (VF) during the period of ischemia and reperfusion, the rise of plasma level of LDH, MDA decreased and the activity of SOD increased. However, there is no significant different between the hairy root and Salvia miltiorrhiza.
