摘要
以某项目电子设备装联为例,探讨如何在数字化样机中,通过Pro/Engineer线缆三维布线设计软件,建立工程任务常用结构性器件数据库、线缆电气性能参数数据库,进行线束、电缆的虚拟设计及装配。探索虚拟设计技术的生产应用模式,实现装联工艺设计,与结构、线路设计并行,达到提高生产效率、降低成本,改善产品质量、缩短生产周期的目的。
This paper discusses how to use the 3D software Pro/Engineer to build the digital prototype, to realize the virtual design and assembly of harness and cables by setting up the normal connector library, spool library. In order to increase the productivity, improve the quality, reduce the production cost and time, an application mode based on the virtual design technique is presented to accomplish concurrent procedure of structure and routing design.
