摘要
将探讨如何在数字化样机中,通过三维设计软件,实现线束、电缆虚拟设计及装配,获取生产数据,实现实体成形和装配的关键技术;并以之为例,就虚拟设计技术的生产应用模式及作用、虚拟装配及无图化生产应用等领域做初步探索,并实现结构、线路设计与装配工艺设计同步。
Discuss the way that how to realize virtual design and assembly of harness and cables in digital prototype through 3D software and the technology of obtaining production data to accomplish pre-formation.Later it also argues issues when they are practically used in production,concerning application mode,effect,virtual assembly,non-paper working and the synchronization of process planning with structure design.
