摘要
随着刑事案件题材影视作品的增多,犯罪嫌疑人的反侦查能力也越来越强,作案手段和方法日益狡猾,在犯罪现场很难提取到明显的痕迹物证,因而微量物证的作用日益突出。文章就两起典型案件阐述了微量物证所发挥的巨大作用及微量物证在基层应用时的不足之处。
With the growth of movies and plays themed criminal investigation, suspects become stronger in ability against investigation, and craftier in means of crime. It is hard to investigate obvious evidence at the crime scene. Therefore. the significance of micro - evidence is increasingly outstanding. Based on two typical cases, this article targets at illustrating the significance and shortcomings of micro - evidence.
