摘要
在我国煤矿安全事故中,瓦斯爆炸事故造成的伤亡占所有重大事故伤亡人数的50%以上,成为实现安全生产的最大障碍。甲烷占井下可燃气体的绝大部分,其浓度直接与爆炸三角形的确定以及最终测爆结果相关。二次测爆装置可以在井下救护时起到预警的作用,对预防井下瓦斯爆炸以及及时采取应对措施其到重要作用。甲烷传感器是二次测爆装置的核心部分,其测量精度及稳定性直接影响到测爆装置的正常工作,本文主要研究红外甲烷传感器在二次测爆装置中的应用,对于井下救护人员的安全起到保障作用。
The casualty caused by gas explosion takes up more than 50 percent of that caused by all the serious accidents happening in our country' s coal mine safety accidents. Gas explosion has be, come the biggest obstacle in the way to safety production. Methane is the main component of the flammable gases in coalmine, and its concentration is directly related to the determination of the explosion triangle and the safely in coalmine. The secondary-explosion detector can prewarn during the period of the underground rescue and is extremely important for prevention of the gas explosion and for the timely adoption of the corresponding measures. Methane sensor is the core part of the secondary-explosion detector, so its measuring accuracy and its stability will affect the normal operation of the detector. This article studies the application of the infrared methane sensor in the secondary-explosion detector, which will play the safeguard role for underground rescuers.
