摘要
介绍了国际焊接工程师培训的几种方式,包括标准途径培训和可选途径培训,其中与高等学校联合对在校学生开展国际焊接工程师的培训方式,是对高校倡导的重基础、宽口径教育模式的延伸,是培养从事焊接工程技术人才、满足企业发展需求的重要一环,同时促进了高校工程化人才培养。
This article introduced several ways of IWE training,including Standard Route and Alternative Route.The training with cooperation of college extends college education model which can give students a good basic knowledge and adaptabihty.And it also can bring up welding engineer who can meet the enterprise development need, and promote to develop of engineering senior students training.Until now there have been 20 colleges which cooperated with WTI Harbin at IWE training.
