摘要
选用新鲜的佛手采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取佛手挥发油,通过正交实验设计,得出佛手挥发油的最佳提取工艺:蒸馏时间1.5h,颗粒直径7mm,水蒸气流量600mL,料液比2∶1。
The bergamot essential oil was extracted from fresh bergamot by the method of water vapor distillation. And by the orthogonal test the optimal extract technology was obtained as follows: distillation time as 1.5 h, partical size as 7 mm, wator vapor flow as 600 mL, ratio of propoil to liquid as 2:1.
