3,4—二甲基—2′—氯代苯乙酮的合成

摘要 以邻二甲苯和氯乙酰氯为原料,采用金属负载型催化剂,经Friedel—Crafts酰基化反应过程合成了3,4—二甲基—2′—氯代苯乙酮,讨论了负载型催化剂的用量、原料配比、温度、反应时间等对反应的影响。结论如下:负载型催化剂用量为ω=0.25%(与邻二甲苯质量比),反应时间3h,反应温度80℃,收率大于90%。产品经红外光谱和液色谱相确认为3,4—二甲基—2′—氯代苯乙酮。 3,4 - Bimethyl - 2' - chloro - acetophcnone was catalytic synthesized from o - xylene and chloroacctyl chloride with Friedel- Crafts acylation reaction by metal loaded catalyst. The influencing factors such as the amount of loaded catalyst, the ratio of the raw materials, temperature, and the time in the reaction were studied. The conclusion was as follows: The yield of acylation reaction at 80 ℃ was over 90% after 3 h when the mole ratio of chloroacetyl chloride and o-xylene to loaded metal catalyst was 2:1:0. 0025. The title compound was idenlified by I.C and 1R spectrum.
