摘要
利用前期研究的成果——履带车辆正独立式双流液压机械混合转向原理,设计了一种新型履带式车辆变速箱方案,并采用MATLAB仿真软件对变速箱进行了运动学分析、动力学分析、功率流分析和效率分析,证明了前期研究的成果是正确的且可以具体实施的.该新型履带式车辆变速箱与零差速式双流变速器相比,其变速箱625 kW/t的吨功率密度表明了正独立式双功率流传动具有体积小、重量轻的优点.
This paper designed a new type of the gearbox of tracked vehicles according to the principle of hydro-mechanical hybrid steering on the positive independent dual-streams transmission for tracked vehicles. The gearbox was analyzed on kinematics, dynamics, power streams, and efficiency with MATLAB software. The working principle and the basic structure were showed when the hydro-mechanical system for the gearbox is shifting and steering. It was proved that the principle mentioned above should be accurate and really implemented. It was expressed by it's ton power density of 625 kw/t that the positive independent dual-streams transmission has some advantages of smaller volume and lighter weight than zero differential dual-streams transmission.
