摘要
聘后管理是高校岗位设置管理制度中一个不可或缺的重要环节。一直以来,聘后管理都是聘任制改革过程中的薄弱环节,影响了人事制度改革的成效。针对高校岗位设置管理工作中存在的突出问题,阐述了如何在聘后管理工作中加强和完善岗位评价体系和分配激励制度的机制建设。
Managing college professionals is one of the most important aspects of improving and perfecting the appointment system in institutions of higher education. It has been a weak link in the process of reforming of employment system,impacting the effect of personnel system reform, according to the outstanding problems in post setting and management of appointed professionals in institutions of higher education. The article puts forward some measures of enhancing and perfecting post evaluation system and distribution and prompting system.
