摘要
运用数值模拟方法对盆齿毛坯的成形过程进行模拟,对其传统工艺进行优化。消除了碾扩过程中产生的飞边,增加了一道精压工序,大大减少了后续机加工工序和工作量,提高了生产效率。
Numerical simulation method was applied to forming process of basin gear workblank and optimize its tradition technics. The results show that flange of grind-expand is eliminated; a finishing forging is added; back machining working procedure and workload are sharply cut down; production efficiency is increased
