摘要
选择满4周龄、健康的、平均体重一致的金定蛋鸭216只,随机分为6个处理组,每个处理组设6个重复,通过在日粮中添加不同水平的VE(0、10、15、20、40、100 IU·kg-1)观察其对5～12周龄蛋用型育成鸭血清生化指标的影响。结果表明,VE水平的升高对血清无机离子含量及乳酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶的活性均无显著影响(P>0.05);血清VE浓度随其添加水平的增加而增加,血清VE含量在一定范围内可反映饲粮VE供应状况;白蛋白、总蛋白及球蛋白随日粮VE水平增加而增加,以VE添加量为15和20 IU·kg-1时最高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);日粮添加15和20 IU·kg-1 VE组血清GH显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而血清皮质醇浓度与VE水平呈负相关,添加15和20 IU·kg-1 VE组与其他各组相比有较明显下降;添加20 IU.kg-1 VE组对血清T3、T4升高较明显,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),而添加高水平的VE可导致其激素代谢紊乱,使机体内环境处于不平衡状态。
Four-week-old Jin-Ding growing ducks（n=216） with similar weight were randomly allotted into 6 treatments with 6 replications. This research was conducted to investigate the effects of 6 supplementary （0, 10, 15, 20, 40, 100 IU· kg^-l） levels of VE on biochemical indexes in the serum of growing ducks. The results showed that there was no significant influence on serum anions, cations content and enzyme activity to growing ducks with VE supplementation increasing. Concentration of VE in serum increased with VE levels increase, the VE level in serum could reflect the level of VE supplementary in diet to a certain extent. Concentrations of serum ALB, GLB and TP increased with VE levels increase, the effect was better when the addition level was 15, 20 IU ·kg^-1 but there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Ducks fed the diets supplemented with 15, 20 IU ·kg^-1 VE group concentration of serum GH had significant difference compared with control group （P〈0.05）, but concentration of Cort had the opposite tendency relative to the VE levels, addition of 15 and 20 IU·kg^-1 VE in diet had lower concentration than other groups. Concentrations of serum T3 and T4 had higher level than the control group obviously, but there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）, but excessive VE level could result in the metabolic hormones disorder and the internal environment in the unbalance condition.
