摘要
针对一起罕见的500 kV变压器匝间短路事故,通过对事故前后的油色谱、局部放电在线监测以及最终解体分析,得出事故是由于高压绕组发生了匝间短路。对事故中硫化铜现象进行了绝缘影响分析,文章从设备焊接、绝缘质量、外部运行环境等方面分析事故原因,提出了预防措施,供电力设备运行及生产企业借鉴。
Based on a rare incident of 500 kV transformer inner short circuit, and the change of oil chromatogram after the incident, local discharge online monitoring and ultimate degradation analysis, we found that the incident is caused by inner short circuit between the high voltage windings. An insulation effect analysis is done on the phenomenon of Cu2S in the accident. This paper analyzes the reason of the incident from the aspects of equipment welding, insulation quality, outer running conditions, etc. , and puts forward the precaution measure for reference for electrical equipment operation and production enterprises.
