摘要
文章建立了某轧机机架的完整模型。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS计算得到机架的动态特性,并将所得结果和单边机架模型的结果进行了对比,结果表明,完整机架模型所得结果能较全面的反映机架的动态特性。在模态分析的基础上,对机架上影响轧制精度的点在给定激励下的位移响应进行了分析,分析表明,当激励力的频率在15 Hz左右时,机架在轧钢方向发生共振。
The complete model of a mill frame is established, its dynamic characteristics are obtained by means of the software ANSYS, and the result is compared with that based on the unilateral frame model. The results indicate that the complete one can describe the dynamic characteristics of the mill frame in an all-round way. Based on the modal analysis, the displacement response of the points which affect rolling precision under appointed power is analyzed. The results show when the excitation frequency is about 15 Hz, the resonance occurs in the rolling direction.
