摘要
大型轧机组合式机架具有加工简单、成本低、易运输、上马快等优点,因此,近年国内很多钢厂引进中厚板轧机时都是选用组合式机架。为了对引进组合式机架进行技术消化,利用ANSYS对某组合式机架的紧固预紧力进行了仿真研究,给出螺栓承受的合适预紧力大小,为组合式机架的设计提供理论依据。
Using sectional housing in large mill has many advantages, such as simple manufacture, low cost. easy transportation, and quick use. Consequently, sectional housings are widely chosen while local iron and steel companies importmg foreign plant mills. In order to comprehend advanced technologies of imported sectional housings, simulation researches were carried out on fastening pretension of sectional housing using ANSYS. Suitable pretensions on the bolts were calculated, thus theoretical proof was provided for sectional housing designs.
