摘要 目的了解当地儿童的铅污染情况,分析铅污染与年龄的关系以及铅污染有无性别差异。方法普查全市0~12岁儿童血铅27 143例,分男女统计;同组资料不分男女,按0~6周岁和7~12周岁分别统计。结果27 143名儿童平均血铅浓度为56.8μg/L,14 512名男童平均血铅浓度为57.6μg/L,12 631名女童平均血铅浓度为55.9μg/L,17 043名0~6周岁儿童平均血铅浓度为75.6μg/L,10 100名7~12周岁儿童平均血铅浓度为25.1μg/L。结论当地儿童平均血铅浓度为56.8μg/L,铅污染率为32.5%;铅污染无明显的性别差异,但与年龄显著相关。 Objective It is to understand the condition of lead pollution of local children, and to analysis the relationship between lead pollution and age and lead pollution has or not sex difference. Methods The levels of blood lead in 27 143 cases of 0-- 12 years old children in this city were made a census. The statistics were separated into two groups according to male and female. The data in the same group were separated into two groups according not to male and female but to 0--6 years old and 7-- 12 years old. Results The average blood lead concentration of 27 143 children was 56.8 μg/L, that of 14 512 boys was 57.6μg/L; that of 12 631 girl was 55.9 μg/L, that of 17 043 children who were 0--6 years old was 75.6 μg/L, that of 10 100 children who were 7 - 12 years old was 25.1 μg/L. Conclusion The average blood lead concentration of local children is 56.8μg/L and lead pollution rate is 32.5 %. Lead pollution has no obvious sex differences, but has significant correlation with age.
