摘要
[目的]研究土壤及苹果中戊唑醇残留的GC测定方法,以准确检测分析土壤及苹果中戊唑醇残留状况。[方法]从10.0 g苹果样品和10.0 g土壤样品中提取与净化戊唑醇。气相色谱条件为,色谱柱:HP-5,30.0 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm;检测温度:柱温250℃,检测器325℃,进样口250℃;进样量:1 L;载气:氮气(≥99.99%),流速为1.0 ml/min;燃烧气:氢气3.0 ml/min,空气60.0 ml/min;戊唑醇保留时间:10 min左右。[结果]戊唑醇在0.05-5.00 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,方法检出限为0.01 mg/kg。土壤中添加回收率为91.8%-98.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%-11.8%;苹果中添加回收率为84.3%-96.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.3%-3.3%。[结论]建立了戊唑醇在土壤及苹果中残留量的GC分析方法,该方法简单、可靠,可应用于土壤及苹果中戊唑醇残留量的测定。
[ Objective ] The aim was to the study the GC determination method for the buconazole residues in the soil and apple so as to detect and analyze the residue condition of the buconazole in the soil and apple accurately. [ Method] The huconazole was extracted and purified from the 10.0 g apple samples and 10.0 g soll samples. The GC conditions were as follows: chromatographic column: HP-5, 30.0 m ×0.32 mm × 0.25 μm ; detection temperature : the column temperature of 250 ℃, the detector temperature of 325 ℃ and the injection port temperature of 250 ℃ ; injection volume : 1 L; carrier gas : 1.0 ml/min nitrogen ( ≥99.99% ) ; combustion gas : 3.0 ml/min hydrogen and 60.0 ml/min air; buconazole retention time: about 10 min. [ Result] The huconazole had good linear relationship in the range of 0.05 -5.00 mg/L and the detection limit of the method was 0.01 mg/kg. The fortified recoveries in the soil were 91.8% - 98.8% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) were 1.2% -11.8%. The fortified recoveries in the apple were 84.3% -96.6% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) were 2.3% -3.3 %. [ Conclusion] The research established the GC analyzing method for the buconazole residues in the soil and apple and the method was simple and credible, which could be used in the detection of the buconazole residues in the soil and apple.
