摘要
建立了气相色谱法测定噻托溴铵原料药中甲醇、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、甲苯和DMF5种有机溶剂的残留量。采用DB-624毛细管柱,FID检测器,以DMSO为溶剂。结果显示各有机溶剂的平均加样回收率为92.3%～96.8%,RSD为2.4%～5.3%。
A GC method with head space sampling was established for the determination of residual organic solvents -- methanol, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, toluene and DMF in tiotropium bromide. A DB-624 capillary column was used, with FID as detector and DMSO as the solvent. The average recoveries were 92.3 % - 96.8 %, with RSDs of 2.4% - 5.3%.
