Determination of Residual Organic Solvents in Clindamycin Phosphate by Capillary GC with Headspace

摘要 A capillary GC method with headspace was established for determination of residual organic solvents——ethanol, propanone, dichloromethane, chloroform and pyridine in clindamycin phosphate. A DB-624 capillary column wasused with water as the solvent. The average recoveries of the five solvents were 98.2%, 96.7%, 98.6%, 97.5% and 103.1%,respectively. The detection limits were 7.8, 3.8, 0.4, 0.6 and 2.0μg/ml, respectively.
