摘要
目的:研究佛手散对肾上腺素加冰水应激所致急性血淤大鼠血液流变学的影响,以及对正常大鼠血小板聚集率和黏附率的影响。方法:①大鼠随机分为6组,连续灌胃给药8d,除正常组外其余各组均于第7天皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素再施以冰水浸泡制作急性血淤模型大鼠,次日测定全血黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳指数等指标。②大鼠随机分为5组,连续给药10d,测定红细胞数、血小板数、血红蛋白浓度以及血小板黏附率和ADP诱导的血小板聚集率。结果:佛手散组和当归、川芎组均能降低急性血淤大鼠全血黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳指数等指标。同时还能降低正常大鼠的血小板聚集率和血小板黏附率,提升红细胞数、血小板数、血红蛋白浓度。但同剂量的当归、川芎单味药作用不如佛手散显著。结论:佛手散能明显改善大鼠血液流变性,有显著活血化淤的功效,同时还有补血养血的作用,其功效大于当归或川芎的单味药。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Foshousan on the hemorheology in acute blood stasis model rats, and the effect of platelet aggregation,platelet conglutination in healthy rats. METHODS ①Rats were divided into six groups randomly, after oral administration with Foshousan for 8 days, expect the normal control group others were soaded in ice water after being injected adrenalin hydrochloride injection, and then measured the viscosity of whole blood, erythrocyte aggregation, erythrocyte hematocrit,erythrocyte electrophoresis. ②Rats were divided into six groups randomly, measured RBC, Hb, PLT, platelet aggregation, and platelet eonglutinafion induced by ADP after oralling Foshousan ten days. RESULTS Foshousan, Angelica and Ligusticum all could reduce the viscosity of whole blood, erythrocyte aggregation, hematocrit, rigidity, deformability, eleetropho- resis,platelet aggregation, platelet conglutination and also it can increase RBC, Hb, PLT. But the effect of Foshousan is better than Angelica and Ligusticum. CONCLUSION Foshousan can ameliorate hemorheology and enrich blood. And the effect of Foshousan is better than Angelica and Ligusticum.
