美国综合大学型教师职前培养模式的“优秀标准”及其启示

摘要 美国哥伦比亚大学教师学院前院长,伍德罗·威尔逊国家基金会主席阿瑟·莱文对全美国1200多所教育学院的教师培养状况进行了4年的翔实研究,提出了综合大学型教师培养模式(项目)的"优秀标准",并以此标准对美国各综合大学的教师职前培养实践进行了审视和批判。这对我国教师教育改革有着重要的启示:我们应坚持不懈地走教师教育大学化的改革之路,应该建立起科学的教师教育质量保障体系,并不断推进教师职前培养模式的改革。 Artyur Levin, the former dean of the teachers' college in Columbia University, the chairman of national foundation, had done a thoroughly research on the situation of the teacher training in more than 1,200 teachers' colleges throughout the United States for 4 years. He established the ' excellent standard' of the teacher-training model in Comprehensive University. According to this standard, he examined and criticized the pre-service teacher-training in each Comprehensive University. This had brought new insight to the teacher-training reform in China. We should insist on the Unversitization of Teacher Education, build a scientific quality assurance system of teacher-training, to propel the reform ofpre-service teacher-training model continuously.
