Applying the normalized form of generalized normal matrix （or subnormal matrix） for the congruent （or T congruent） and equivalent conditions, some new factorization form of generalized normal matrix and subnormal matrix were given： generalized polar factorization, positive definite symmetrizable unitary factorization, symmetric involution factorization and spectral faetorization, and some factorization form for normal matrix and positive definite matrix were established.
