摘要
在半固态合金二次加热过程中,为获得均匀细小的球化组织,必须准确控制各阶段的加热时间和加热温度。以AlSi7RE2合金为对象,用电阻炉进行了二次加热工艺研究。结果表明,半固态AlSi7RE2合金最合理的二次加热温度为585℃~590℃,合适的保温时间为10 min^15 min。
In the reheating process, the relationship between the reheating time and temperature must be strictly controlled to obtain the uniformly distributed and spheroidized micmstructure. The reheating process for AISi7RE2 aluminum alloy was conducted with resistance furnace. Results show that the optimal process parameters of reheating temperature is ranged from 585℃ to 590℃ and its homing time is ranged from 10 rain to 15rain for the AlSi7RE2 alloy.
