摘要
关于配偶权的确立正反两派向来都是各执一词,笔者基于对配偶权浓厚的研究兴趣,收集和探析两派对配偶权的不同观点。本文尝试从确定配偶权的概念,正反两面关于配偶权确立的不同观点展开分析论述。
There are two different kinds of views on establishment of connubial rights for a long time. The article gathers and compares the attitudes of two kinds. The writer attempts to confirm the concept of connubial rights, and analyzes different viewpoints standing for establishment of connubial rights or reject it.
