摘要
通过实地考查、访谈、问卷调查等方法,发现鼓楼区养老机构种类较少,数量不足,建设水平较低,功能单一化,服务水平落后。我们根据2008年颁布的《城镇老年设施规划规范》及相关法规,对鼓楼区旧城改造中有关养老机构的建设提出一些规划建议,包括协调分工,选址建议,政策支持,提高管理水平。
Through investigating on the spot, by questionnaire and visiting, we found the institution for the aged in Gulou existed several problems, such as quantity insufficiency, low developmental level, vegetative living, poor quality in serving, and less variety of organs for the aged. According to the code for planning of city and town facilities for the aged issued in 2008, from the urban planning＇s view this article tired to bring forward some suggestions about the improvement of the organs for Gulou alteration. We consider that the organs should be divided to work, policies organs should improve their management. We also put forward should supply the fork for the aged, and both the government and some advice about selecting position for the organs.
