摘要 目的探讨莫西沙星抑制炎症反应的分子机制。方法培养THP-1单核细胞,使之与莫西沙星孵育后再用内毒素刺激,ELISA检测产生情况和westernblot分析p38信号通路的激活情况。结果莫西沙星能明显抑制内毒素诱导THP-1细胞产生TNF-α和IL-8,并能抑制p38的激活。结论莫西沙星能抑制TNF-α和IL-8的产生可能与其抑制p38的激活有关。 Objective To investigate the molecular mechanism of Moxiflocacin (MXF) in the inhibition of inflammatory response. Methods Cultured THP-1 monocyte cells were preincubated with MXF for 2h and then stimulated by endotoxin,the TNF-α and IL-8 levels were detected by ELISA and p38 activation was analyzed by western blot. Results MXF could inhibit endotoxin-induced TNF-α and IL-8 production and p38 activation. Conclusion Inhibition of TNF-α and IL-8 production is associated with p38 activation.
