肺炎支原体对大环内酯类和氟喹诺酮类药物敏感性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过检测肺炎支原体(Mp)对大环内酯类药物及喹诺酮类药物的敏感性,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法采用微量肉汤稀释法检测7种大环内酯类和3种喹诺酮类药物对45株Mp的MIC。结果45株Mp对红霉素的耐药率为11.1%,新型大环内脂药物克拉霉素和阿奇霉素抗Mp活性最强,其MIC50分别为0.008μg/mL和0.016μg/mL,其次是交沙霉素、司帕沙星和加替沙星,其MIC50分别为0.0312μg/mL、0.125μg/mL和0.25μg/mL;而红霉素抗Mp活性最差,MIC50为2μg/mL。结论Mp对红霉素存在不同程度的耐药。大环内脂类药物克拉霉素抗Mp活性强于阿奇霉素、交沙霉素和红霉素;司帕沙星抗Mp活性强于加替沙星和左氧氟沙星。 Objective To determine the susceptibilities of Mycoplasma pneumoniae ( Mp ) isolates to maerolides and fluoroquinolones and provide experimental data for clinical therapy. Methods The MIC of four macrolides and three fluoroquinolones against 45 strains of Mp were determined by broth microdilution method. Results The resistant rates of 45 strains Mp to erythromycin was 11.1%. Among the seven agents, clarithromycin and azithromycin were the most active agents against Mp,the MIC50 being 0.008 μ g/mL and 0.016μg/mL,respeetively; josamycin, sparfloxacin and jatifloxacin were less active against Mp; MIC50 being 0.0312 μ g/mL, 0.125 μ g/mL and 0.25 μ g/mL; erythromycin were the least activity against Mp,the MIC50 being 2 μ g/mL. Conclusion The degree of resistance of Mp to erythromycin varied. New macrolides such as clarithromycin show greater activity against Mp than azithromycin,josamycin and erythromycin. Sparfloxacin shows greater activity against Mp than levofloxacin and jatifloxacin.
