摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年3月—2014年4月收治的小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿61例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者例数为31,对照组患者例数为30。对照组患儿采取西医阿奇霉素治疗。观察组患儿采取中医辨证施治结合西医治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、发热、咳嗽消失时间等指标。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为93.55%,对照组患儿治疗总有效率为73.33%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿发热、咳嗽消失时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效佳,可快速缓解患儿临床症状,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of mycoplasm pneumoniae pneumonia by combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine. Methods 61 cases of patients with mycoplasm pneumoniae pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the cases of the observation group were 31, the cases of the control group were 30. The control group were treated by azithromycin, the observation group were treated by combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine. The clinical effects,fever, cough disappeared time were compared for the two groups. Results The total effective rate for the observation group（ 93.55%）were higher than the control group（73.33%）（P〈0.05）. The fever, cough disappeared time for the observation group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It has good clinical effects for the patients with mycoplasm pneumoniae pneumon by combina-tion of Chinese traditional and Western medicine. It can relief the clinical symptoms. It is worthy of clinical extension.
