摘要
目的探讨坦度螺酮联合文拉法辛对抑郁症患者的疗效。方法将60例抑郁症患者随机平分两组,分别为单用文拉法辛(文拉法辛组)及文拉法辛合用坦度螺酮(合用组),治疗4周。使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)在治疗1、2、4周进行评定。以副反应量表评定不良反应。结果合用组在起效时间、明显改善时间均较文拉法辛组快,HAMD分值下降较文拉法辛组更迅速。结论坦度螺酮联合文拉法辛治疗抑郁症患者疗效优于单用文拉法辛。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of the treatment to the patients suffered from depressive disorder by tandospirone combined with venlafaxine. Methods 60 cases of depressive disorder were divided at random into 2 even groups. One group（the venlafaxine group） was treated by venlafaxine alone and the other one（the combined group） was treated by venlafaxine combined wth tandospirone. The duration of the treatments for each group was 4 weeks. The treatments were to be accessed by Hamilton depression scale（HAMD） at the first, the second and the fourth week. The adverse effect was accessed by treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS）. Results The combined group was quicker than the venlafaxine group in the reacting time of the treatment and the time of remarkable improvement of pathogenetic conditions, and faster in the speed of how the HAMD value decreases. Conclusion The treatment by tandospirone combined with venlafaxine outweighs that by venlafaxine alone in its therapeutic effect to the patients suffered from depressive disorder.
