摘要
目的探讨坦度螺酮与帕罗西汀联合治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法按抑郁症的诊断标准将门诊和住院病人80例随机分成两组,分别用坦度螺酮联合帕罗西汀和单用帕罗西汀治疗6周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定副反应。结果6周末联合组HAMD和HAMA评分低于单用组。两组间的副反应情况相仿。结论坦度螺酮联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效优于单用帕罗西汀。
Objective To study the potency of combination of tandospirone and venlafaxine to treat depression. Methods To use the tandospirone and venlafaxine to treat two group patients devided randomly for 6 weeks. Using HAMD, HAMA to discuss the effect, Tess to discuss the side effect. Conclusion Tandospirone combing with venlafaxine has better effect than using venlafaxine.
