摘要
自发展生物质发电技术以来,河南省已有5个电厂在老机组基础上改为生物质发电。对目前运行状况,从燃料收购及设备运行和经济相关问题进行简要分析并提出建议及探讨。其中特别对运行中省煤器磨损和过热器爆管原因作了物化特性检验分析,得出磨损原因及过热器因水质发生氯脆的结论,提出降低烟速及过热器氯脆改用钢材等措施,对锅炉设计和安全运行可参考引用。
With the development of biomass fuel power generation technology, there are five biomass fuel-fired power plants in Henan Province reconstructed based on old coal-fired power units. Considering the current operation conditions, several problems were analyzed covering the fuel procurement, equipment operation and economic performance. In view of the economizer wearing and superheater tube bursting, the physical and chemical experiments were performed. The result shows that chorine embrittlement mainly contributes to the wearing and tube bursting, based on which several countermeasures were proposed to make great reference for the design and safe operation of boilers.
