摘要
通过采用局地模式和区域模式相嵌套的预测系统,并采用一定保证率条件下的预测计算,很好地解决了以往同类研究中存在的、与法规应用不接轨的难题。同时,通过提出当量标准的概念,使环境容量预测更具有科学性和实用价值。此项研究可作为进一步优化区域火电规划和制定火电行业SO2控制实施方案的决策依据。
Through using nestification prediction system of some areas modelling and regional modelling,and using prediction calculation under a given guarantee factor conditions,the difficult problem of being inconsistent with laws and regulations,existing in the past similar studies has been well solved.In the meantime through advancing a conception of equivalent standard,the prediction of environmental carrying capacity is made with quality of being more scientific and practical value.This study may be looked on as the basis for making decision in the further optimization of regional thermal power planning and the formulation of SO2 control implementation scheme.
