6个短片段STR基因座复合扩增的法医学初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 构建包括6个短片段STR基因座的复合扩增体系,应用于法医学DNA检验。采用荧光标记短片段引物建立复合扩增体系,对DNA样本进行检测,分型结果与DNATyperTM15试剂盒及AmpFLSTRIdentifiler试剂盒进行比较。利用该复合扩增体系可从高度降解检材中获得较好的DNA分型,大大提高高度降解检材的检出率。
