摘要
选用平均体重为75.24g的中华绒螯蟹为试验对象,分别投喂添加蚯蚓粉、BGB破壁酵母粉、DMPT作为诱食剂的饲料,进行诱食试验,通过测定日摄食率和摄食速度,比较其对中华绒螯蟹的诱食效果.结果显示:中华绒螯蟹对含蚯蚓粉、BGB破壁酵母粉、DMPT饲料的日摄食率平均分别为3.7475%、3.0542%、2.6632%,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),试验结果表明,蚯蚓粉、BGB破壁酵母粉对中华绒螯蟹均具较好的诱食效果,与DMPT比较,蚯蚓粉对中华绒螯蟹引诱作用最强,BGB破壁酵母粉次之.
The experiment on feeding attractants was conducted for Eriocheir sinensis with average weight of 75.24g as test subjects fed with the three different diets adding earthworm powder, BGB wall-broken yeast extract, DMPT as attractants respectively. Attractive effects were compared by measuring daily feeding rate of Eriocheir sinensis. The results showed that the daily feeding rates of earthworm powder, BGB wall-broken yeast extract, DMPT were average 3.7475% ,3.0542% ,2.6632% respectively. There were significant differences between experimental group and control group（P〈0.05）. The earthworm powder and BGB wall-broken yeast extract have the better attractive effects for Eriocheir sinensis. Compared with DMPT, earthworm powder showed the strongest attractive effect, and the effect is next with BGB wall-broken yeast extract.
