摘要
诱食剂作为非营养性饲料添加剂,能够改善饲料适口性,增强动物食欲和提高饲料转化率。文章就水产动物诱食剂的种类、诱食效果及作用机理作以综述。
Attractant is a non-nutritional feed additive, can improve the palatability of the feeds, the animal appetite and the feed conversion rate. This paper reviewed the variety, effect and mechanism of feed attractant in aquatic animal.
