This paper introduces the present situation of the production and consumption of the diesel in the world, expounds in detail the advantages, approaches, raw materials and significance of the production of the bio-diesel and bio- ethanol diesel, and puts forward some suggestions on how Shanxi Province to develop the bio-diesel.
