阐述了职业倦怠的含义,分析了导致高校图书馆员产生职业倦怠的成因,指出柔性管理是抑制和消除职业倦怠的基本手段。
This paper expounds the connotations of the occupational burnout, analyzes the geneses causing the occupational burnout of university librarians, and points out that the flexible management is the basic methods for inhibiting and eliminating librarian' s occupational bumout.
