摘要
阐述了高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务的内涵,指出了数字参考咨询服务与传统参考咨询服务相比所具有的优势,分析了目前国内高校图书馆在开展数字参考咨询服务过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的策略。
This paper elaborates the connotation of the digital reference service of university library, describes the advantages of the digital reference service comparing with traditional one, analyzes the problems existing in the digital reference service of university library ,and advances some corresponding suggestions.
