摘要 提出24/16极电励磁双凸极风力发电机结构型式,通过有限元法计算其静磁场分布特性,论述了共阳极半波整流、共阴极半波整流以及桥式整流电路下电机的不同发电方式和工作机理,指出励磁电流方向和电机转向与发电方式的关系。建立3种整流模式下发电机的场路耦合模型,对不同发电方式下的发电机输出特性进行了仿真分析。研制1台2kW原理样机,实验结果与仿真和理论分析一致,表明转子滑出端发电方式下电机输出电压调整率低、外特性硬,输出功率最大,而传统桥式整流电路不适用于低速电励磁双凸极风力发电机系统。 This paper proposes and implements a new 24/16-pole low speed doubly salient electro-magnetic generator (DSEG) for wind power system. The configuration and operation principle are given, and the static magnetic field distribution characteristic is obtained by finite element analysis. Three generating modes corresponding to the different rectification circuits are studied, and operation rule of generating mode varied with excitation current and rotation direction is provided. Field-circuit coupled models of the DSEGs with different rectifier output are built, and output characteristics of the generator are investigated based on field-circuit coupled analysis. A low speed 2 kW prototype DSEG is developed, and experiment is given to verify the validity of theoretical analysis and simulation results. The results show that voltage regulation factor of DSEG, which generating during the period of rotor tooth flipping out of the stator tooth, is lowest and the output power is highest. However, the full-bridge rectification circuit is no longer suitable for the low speed doubly salient electro-magnetic wind turbine generator.
