电励磁双凸极发电机分裂电容全桥整流拓扑分析 被引量:1

摘要 以12/8极电励磁双凸极发电机(DSEG)为研究对象,针对DSG2发电方式,提出分裂电容全桥整流方式,即发电机三相绕组中点接分裂电容式整流。借助有限元计算分析电容的不同接法对发电机输出特性的影响。研究结果表明,合理的选择容值,分裂电容全桥整流方式能提高换相后相绕组电流的上升率和有效值,使得一周期内的磁场储能得到提高,从而提高发电机的输出功率;傅里叶分析结果表明,分裂电容全桥整流方式对相电压和相电流的相位关系有一定的改善作用。原理样机的实验结果验证了此方式的有效性。 For the full bridge rectifier generating mode (DSG2) of a 12/8-pole doubly salient electro-mag- netic generator (DSEG), this paper proposed the full bridge with split capacitor rectifier generation mode. In this mode, the midpoint of the split capacitor was connected to the neutral of the generator. Based on the finite element analysis simulation, analyzed and compared the generator's output characteristics with the help of different connection of capacitor. The results show that the full bridge with split capacitor rectifier generation mode can improve current rising rate and current rms value in each phase at a suitable capacitor value compared to the traditional DSG2 mode. So the stroed magnetic energy of each week period improved for the improved current value and the output power for DSEM can also be increased. Fourier analysis results show that this full bridge with split capacitor rectifier generation mode is good to reduce the fundamental phase shift of EMF and current of each phase. The prototype experimental results verify the effectiveness of this approach.
