摘要
目的:研究涎腺腺样囊性癌(adenoid cystic carcinoma,SACC)中CA242的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测36例涎腺腺样囊性癌及10例正常涎腺组织中CA242的表达情况。结果:涎腺腺样囊性癌中CA242的阳性表达率为80.5%(29/36),显著高于其在正常涎腺组织中的表达(P<0.05)。CA242在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的阳性表达率随SACC临床分期的增高而增加。结论:CA242在腺样囊性癌中的表达与其发生和发展关系密切,CA242的表达与涎腺腺样囊性癌的组织分级有显著相关性。
Objective：To study the expression and significance of CA242 in SACC.,Methods：Through immunohistochemical s - p assay,36 cases of SACC and 10 cases of normal salivary gland tissues were detected. Results：The positive expression rate of CA242 in SACC was 80. 5% （29/36） , which significantly higher than normal salivary gland tissue （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expressing quantity increased with the increase of clinical stage. Condusion：The expression of CA242 was closely related to the genesis and development of SACC and has significant correlation with SACC.
