摘要
作者根据针灸治疗帕金森病的临床体会，分析了该病的病机演变，总结了针灸临床处方选穴、治疗方法的一般规律。
Basing on clinical experience in treating Parkinson's disease with acupuncture,the authors analyze the pathogensis of the disease,summarize the ways to select points,point out the general principles of the treatment,explain the specific features of the therapeutic effects of acupuncture treatment,and discuss the factors which may affect the therapeutic effects.
