摘要
目的为了更好地完成留学生的教学任务,我校实验诊断学教研室决定在印度留学生中进行全英专业教学。方法在首次的全英教学中,教研室悉心准备,加强英语口语和听力的培训,精选教材,认真组织每一次课,经过全体教师的共同努力,较好的完成了教学任务,也积累了一些教学经验。结果在教学过程中,师资队伍得到了锻炼和提高,同时发现尽管全英教学顺利开展并得到学生好评,但也暴露了一些问题:即留学生无法掌握汉语医学用语,与临床患者交流困难,影响临床学习;缺乏适合国情、校情的成套的英文教材;教学形式不够丰富等。结论经过教研室教师的共同探讨,从"全英"过度到"双语"教学,将是比较好的教学方式,对于教学质量的提高会有帮助。
Objective In order to fulfill the teaching responsibility of international students, Laboratory Diagnostics lecture in English for India international students has been held in our university first time. Method All the teachers have tried their best in teaching and made it successfully, also they gained some teaching experiences. Result The teaching team has been trained with obvious improvement of English expression. Some draw backs of teaching in English are noticed, such as international students are unable to master professional Chinese vocabulary, which results in communication difficulty with Chinese patients during clinical practicing courses. Lacking compatible English teaching materials limited the mode of teaching. Conclusion The solution is gradually shift from "whole English" to "bilingual" teaching in order to improve the effectiveness of teaching.
