桑精胶囊对2型糖尿病大鼠血清细胞因子IL-4和IL-10水平的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Sangjing Capsule on the Levels of Serum Cytokines Interleukin-4 and Interleukin-10 in Type 2 Diabetic Rats

摘要 目的探讨桑精胶囊对大鼠2型糖尿病的治疗作用和对其血清细胞因子白介素4(IL-4)、白介素10(IL-10)水平的影响。方法以链脲佐菌素(STZ)尾静脉注射加高脂高热卡饮食饲养大鼠8周,建立大鼠2型糖尿病模型,给予桑精胶囊煎剂灌胃治疗,观察治疗前后大鼠口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素敏感指数(HOMA-IR)和血清IL-4、IL-10等指标的变化。结果桑精胶囊煎剂治疗组大鼠血清中FPG、FINS的水平较模型组明显降低,OGTT显著改善,血清IL-4、IL-10水平较模型组明显升高。结论桑精胶囊可有效治疗大鼠2型糖尿病,其作用机制可能与其改善炎症反应程度有关。 Objective To study the effects of Sangjing Capsule on treating murine type 2 diabetes and the levels of serum inflammatory cytokines including interleukin- 4 ( IL- 4) and interleukin- 10 ( IL- 10) in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods The model of murine type 2 diabetes was established by intravenous injection of streptozotocin and feeding with high fat and high caloric diet for 8 weeks. The decoction of Sangjing Capsule was given by intragastric administration. Then the result of oral glucose tolerance test( OGTT), the levels of fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and fasting serum insulin(FINS), the concentrations of serum IL-4 and IL-10 in type 2 diabetic rats were detected before and after the treatment. Results The levels of FPG and FINS in the rats treated by Sangjing Capsule were significantly decreased as well as the resuhs of OGTT was obviously improved compared with those in the control group. However,the concentrations of serum IL-4 and IL-10 in the rats treated by Sangjing Capsule were significantly increased compared with those in the control group. Conclusion It is suggested that murine type 2 diabetes can be treated effectively by Sangjing Capsule. The therapeutic mechanisms might be associated with the improvement of inflammatory conditions of diabetic animals.
