摘要
本文通过对隐性知识及其传播特征的分析,认为隐性知识是可以传播的。在分析网络视频技术、多媒体技术、虚拟现实技术以及网络工具软件对隐性知识传播影响的基础上,指出信息技术可以促进隐性知识的传播。同时利用野中郁次郎的SECI模型理论,构建出在网络中传播隐性知识的新模式,即利用知识管理技术搭建网络平台,对隐性知识传播过程进行管理;在网络中建立虚拟学习社区,为隐性知识传播提供新的载体。
The author comes to a conclusion that tacit knowledge can be transmitted by analyzing the knowledge itself and its features in transmission.On the basis of the influences of video transmission,multimedia technology,virtual reality and network applied software on tacit knowledge transmission, it is pointed out that information technology can promote the transmission. Ikujiro Nonaka＇s SECI model is here used to probe into the two transmission ways of tacit knowledge on network.One way is to manage the transmission process through establishing networking platform by virtue of knowledge management technology. The other is to build virtual learning community to provide it with carrier.
