摘要
运用物质减量反弹效应的方法,对中国工业废水排放量逐年变化的密度效应和增长效应进行了计量分析。结果表明,虽然我国工业增加值逐年增加,但是工业废水排放量却整体呈现下降趋势。从不同区域层面来看,中部工业对其减少起到了主要作用;从不同工业结构层面来看,重工业对其减少起到了主要作用。
Using the way of concerning the dematerialization rebound effect,the density effect and increase effect of the yearly alteration of total volume of industrial waste water discharged were metric-analyzed.The result of study demonstrates that though the value-added industry of our country increases year by year,the general trend of industrial wastewater discharged was descended;according to different regional visual angle aspects,this mainly contributes to middle part industry;according to visual angle aspect of industrial structure,this mainly contributes to heavy industry of our country.
