摘要
目的探讨断指再植患者科学的护理方法,提高断指再植手术的成功率。方法对12例断指再植患者进行精心的术前护理、术后护理和正确的康复训练指导。结果12例断指再植患者,共17个手指,全部再植成活,出院后随访3～6个月,12例患者手指功能均恢复良好。结论合理、有效的护理观察以及正确的康复指导是提高断指再植手术成功率的重要保障。
Objective To exploring the scientific nursing methods with the digital replantation patients and to improve the success rate of digital replantation surgery. Methods Meticulous preoperative care, postoperative care and rehabilitation training in the correct guidance were given. Results Twelve cases of digital replantation patients,a total of seventeen fingers,all survived in replantation. The fingers function of the twelve patients all well recovered through following-up three to six months after discharge. Conclusion Reasonable and effective care and observation, and the correct guidance of rehabilitation to improve the success rate of the digital replantation surgery are important safeguards.
