可降解焦化废水中难降解有机物的活性细菌的培养 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究微生物对焦化废水中难降解有机物的降解效果,以池塘边上层污泥为培养对象,用米泔水作为营养液进行好氧培养,得到较多的活性较好的污泥复合菌,然后用焦化废水进行培养驯化,分离纯化得到较纯的可降解焦化废水的活性细菌。根据驯化时活性污泥的生长形态和期间化学需氧量(COD)去除率的对比分析判断微生物的生长期。实验表明,分离出的活性细菌对焦化废水有较好的降解能力,2d COD去除率可达81.07%。通过GC/MS联用技术对焦化废水出水的水样分析,可以发现该活性细菌在培养条件下能部分降解酯类、醛类、醇类、烷烃类等难降解有机化合物。 In order to research the degrading efficiency of the hard degradationg organism from coking wastewater by microbe. We used the superjaeent sludge as cultivated object. Nutrient fluid was taken from a dining room. Then activated sludge was obtained by cultivation. And then, eoking wastewater was used to go on cultivating and separating. The activated bacteria that could degrade eoking wastewater were gained. Based on the growth distribution of the activated sludge during the domestication, and the compared analysis of the COD removal rate, the growth phase of the microorganism can be estimated. It is showed that activated bacteria had good effect on coking wastewater when 2 d COD removal rate reaches 81.07%. The combined technique of GC/MS was used to analyze the out water . The results showed that the activated bacteria could can degrade the hard degradation organism, such as esters, aldehyde, alcohols, alkanets and so on.
